Shipping Policy

Every Sela Cozy order is carefully prepared and packed. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is approximately 2–3 business days. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number and email address.

FREE shipping on orders over $75.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat $7.95 shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact teambaybeeboxx@gmail.com immediately with your order number and corrected address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins and cannot be made after an order has shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays. Tracking information will provide the most current delivery status.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or building management, and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact our support team for help with next steps.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before discarding any packaging. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Digital products do not require shipping and are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
